Who we are:

At RAW Cider Company, we use traditional methods, mostly of French origin, blended with a contemporary approach to produce clean, balanced, and interesting cider products. Our ciders are fermented using the natural yeast present on the fruit at the time of harvest. We follow a light-handed approach, guided by a thorough understanding of biology and chemistry, which allows us to let the fruit ferment naturally with minimal interference. We Work with Wild, which means we select the best of what nature offers and delicately guide it into a bottle for you to enjoy.
